As these services involve time, expertise, and customized analysis, special refund conditions apply.
2. ₹499 Energy Analysis Report
The ₹499 Energy Analysis Report is a customized digital service prepared specifically for each client.
Once the report request has been submitted and the analysis process has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
3. Consultation Services
Fees paid for consultations, personalized recommendations, or advanced analysis services are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or delivered.
4. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error or duplicate payment, AstraAlign will review the transaction and issue an appropriate refund after verification.
5. Service Non-Delivery
If AstraAlign is unable to deliver the purchased service within the committed timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to AstraAlign, a refund or alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Information Submitted
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, layouts, measurements, photographs, and contact details.
Refunds will not be provided for analysis errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information submitted by the client.
7. Dissatisfaction with Recommendations
Energy Analysis Reports and consultations are based on professional interpretation and assessment.
Differences in expectations, opinions, or personal beliefs do not qualify for a refund.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
9. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted before analysis work has begun.
Once report preparation, review, or consultation work has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
